This text sits inside the cover of my last book ‘The Sustainable Diet’ which explores our food systems and how making conscious food decisions can benefit human health, animal husbandry and ecological health. It was a huge undertaking as the subject is all encompassing and intersects and interlocks with so many aspects and ideologies. But I deep-dived the topic and truth be told I’m incredibly proud of this book and is my best work because my heart is in the pages and the science. I do want a better future for my kids and feel just the same as when I wrote those words (except I have a little girl now)

Nearly two years on and the noise around regenerative farming, provenance of food and traceability has become louder which is terrific.

Every time we buy consciously we cast a vote for regenerative food production and a world in which we all want to live.

My brilliant Mum in law @rachelwardofficial kindly wrote the foreword not because she’s family but she shares my interest and passion for regenerative agriculture and the potential it has for humanity.

Health can be a complex beast and striving for ult

Health can be a complex beast and striving for ultimate health or performance does require twiddling with the minutia of it all, however for most of us we just want to feel great, not get crook and look good.
In which case it doesn’t have to be overly complex. There are a number of key principles I work with my coaching clients with which seem to move the needle positively every time.
