My world is nutrition, cooking, training and ways to enhance health - it’s my language. It’s also something that I can offer. This text sits inside the cover of my last book ‘The Sustainable Diet’ which explores our food systems and how making conscious food decisions can benefit human health, animal husbandry and ecological health. It was a huge undertaking as the subject is all encompassing and intersects and interlocks with so many aspects and ideologies. But I deep-dived the topic and truth be told I’m incredibly proud of this book and is my best work because my heart is in the pages and the science. I do want a better future for my kids and feel just the same as when I wrote those words (except I have a little girl now)

Nearly two years on and the noise around regenerative farming, provenance of food and traceability has become louder which is terrific.

Every time we buy consciously we cast a vote for regenerative food production and a world in which we all want to live.

My brilliant Mum in law @rachelwardofficial kindly wrote the foreword not because she’s family but she shares my interest and passion for regenerative agriculture and the potential it has for humanity.
