  • 200mls coconut cream (fatty part)
  • 1tbs peanut butter
  • 2 tbs pea protein
  • pinch himalayan salt
  • handful blueberries (can be frozen)
  • handful strawberries (can be frozen)
  • small handful ice
  • 1 tbs chai seeds (topping)

Method:

  • Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 20 secs or until smooth.
