Thick Chocolate Smoothie
My wife absolutely adored her nanny Mary. I never met her but she talks about her all the time. Mary loved McDonalds. Especially the apple pies and chocolate thickshakes. They used to go there together often (at least until Matilda realised it wasn’t the healthiest of places to frequent). But Mary was a loyal die hard fan until the day she died. When Mary was 90 she went into aged care, and so every time my wife went to visit her she’d bring Mary a chocolate thickshake from Maccas. She’s no longer with us, so in memory of her, I’ve created a (healthy) version of the chocolate thickshake. Enjoy.
