Spiced Turmeric Latte
This has comfort written all over it. Perfect for days when the rain is lashing at the window and the a log on the fire (or the 3-bar electric heater is plugged in)

mug (250mls) coconut milk/cream (nut milk will work also)

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
-
dash vanilla extract
-
1 tsp honey
Method:
This can be whipped up in minutes and will surely satisfy – Tumeric contains curcumin which is a powerful anti inflammatory…pound for pound the most powerful going!!
- Measure out a mug of coconut cream or milk and gently heat with a cinnamon stick.
- Meanwhile put the kettle on. In your mug put the spices, vanilla and honey and mix with a dash of boiling water.
- Stir using a spoon and then add to the coconut milk/cream and bring to a gently simmer.
- Remove from the heat and fill you mug. Enjoy!
