This really is the perfect accompaniment to a nice juicy steak or chicken breast. If you’re going to a bbq and want to bring a little something to add to the table, blend this up and pop it in a little air tight jar. Makes for a great gift or condiment addition for your fridge.

Ingredients

  • large handful parsley
  • large handful basil
  • small handful mint
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 cornichorns
  • 1 tbs baby capers
  • splash apple cider vinegar
  • 3 anchovy fillets
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4-6 tbs olive oil
  • pinch sea salt
