Roasted Rosemary Macadamia’s
Remember what I said about the macadamia smoothie? Keep that in mind when you’re chowing down on handfuls of these bad boys. Because let me assure you, this is like the crack cocaine of food (not that I’ve tried crack cocaine, but I hear it’s pretty addictive). Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Ingredients

3 cup macademias

3tbs coconut oil

1 sprig fresh rosemary

large pinch sea salt
Method:
- pre heat oven to 180C
- In a large mixing bowl combine the nuts with sprig on rosemary
- Add the coconut oil
- Season
- Mix well with your hands, ensuring the rosemary sprig gets broken up
- Line a bkaing tray with baking paper
- Pour in the nuts and spread out
- Pop in the oven
- Cook for 25 minutes, occasionally shaking the tray to move the nuts around
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool
- Season again if needs be
