Raspberry Delight

Kinda like a Pina Colada except with strawberries and no alcohol. So not really like a Pina Colada at all. But just as delicious and way more filling.

Ingredients

  • 200mls coconut cream
  • 1 tbs MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1-2 tbs pea protein (vanilla flavour)
  • 1tbs tahini
  • handful frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbs chia seeds - topping

Method:

  1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 10-20 secs or until smooth
  2. Add some crunchy topping – cocao nibs, chia or nuts
