1 tbs MCT oil or coconut oil
1-2 tbs pea protein (vanilla flavour)
handful frozen raspberries
1 tbs chia seeds - topping
- Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 10-20 secs or until smooth
- Add some crunchy topping – cocao nibs, chia or nuts
