Porridge Smoothie
I don’t really know why I called this porridge smoothie considering it doesn’t really resemble porridge at all. I guess I ran out of smoothie names. May as well have called it Vegemite smoothie. (Yuck). Anyway, here’s another pretty simple, calorie dense, deliciously creamy keto smoothie for you!

200mls nut milk or coconut cream

1tbs tahini
-
2 tbs chia seeds

2 tbs LSA

1-2 tbs pea protein
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
handful ice
-
small handfuls chai seeds, cocao nibs & berries (topping)
Method:
- Throw everything into a blender and blitz for 20 seconds or until fully combined
- Top with some texture – I chose chia seeds, cocao nibs and frozen blueberries
