Pink Smoothie
Similar to the macadamia smoothie. Incredibly good for you, packed with antioxidants and keto friendly. This bad boy is hiiiiiigh in calories and hiiiiiiiigh in flavour. If you’re going chow down on this one, which I highly recommend you do, count it as a meal, not an accompaniment (unless you’re trying to pack all your daily calories into one window).

250 ml Coconut milk or cream

1 tbs nut butter

1 tbs MCT oil

1 tbs hemp oil

1 baby beetroot, trimmed

1 tbs shredded coconut

2 tbs walnuts

1 cup baby spinach leaves

30g vanilla protein powder
-
handful ice
-
splash water if needed
Method:
- Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blitz for 20 seconds or until fully combined.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
