Mr Muscle Smoothie
This is packed with good fats and protein. I’d have this post workout if I’ve done high intensity training or if I’m trying to get a lot of calories into one small window.
200 mls coconut cream (nut milk if preferred)
1 tbs tahini
1-2 tbs pea protein (vanilla flavour)
1 tbs MCT oil
1 tbs (more if desired) cocao
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
1 tsp nuts/seeds/buckwheat/cocao nibs/chia?hemp seeds -toppings
- Chuck all the ingredients into a blender and process for 10-15 secs or until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with some crunch (cocao nibs, nuts or hemp seeds)
