Amount Per Serving:
Mango w Lemon Infused Coconut Cream
1 can chilled coconut cream
1 lemon - grated & juiced
1 tbs cocoao nibs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Cold mangoes
Nothing says Summer like a cold mango.
- Throw the can of coconut cream in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and open can. Separate the thick coconut cream from the watery component and place in a bowl.
- Add the vanilla, cocao nibs, lemon juice and zest and whisk for 30 secs or until smooth.
- Serve over the mango for Summer goodness
