Ingredients

  • 1-2 baby beetroot - roughly chopped
  • bunch kale - I used Lacinato Kale (also known as Dinosaur kale)
  • 400mls coconut cream
  • 3 tbs protein powder
  • pinch himalayan salt
  • 1tbs chia seed - topping
  • handful ice

Method:

  • Throw everything into a blender and blitz for 20 secs or until fully combined
  • Remove from the jugs and transfer to a glass and enjoy
