1-2 baby beetroot - roughly chopped

bunch kale - I used Lacinato Kale (also known as Dinosaur kale)

400mls coconut cream

3 tbs protein powder

pinch himalayan salt

1tbs chia seed - topping
-
handful ice
Method:
- Throw everything into a blender and blitz for 20 secs or until fully combined
- Remove from the jugs and transfer to a glass and enjoy
