Ingredients

  • 200mls coconut cream (nut milk)
  • 1tbs tahini
  • 1 tbs maca powder
  • 1tbs cocao powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbs pea protein (optional)
  • handful ice

Here’s how it rolled:

  • Throw everything into a blender and blitz for 20 secs or so.
  • I topped the smoothie with some activated buckwheat for some crunch – feel free to use any seeds, cocao nibs or nuts.
