Fat Bomb Smoothie
Another fatty delicious keto shake. Like most of my smoothies, you’ll want to drink these in moderation unless you’re trying to bulk up or about to fast and trying to get your daily calories in in one go. There’s the option here to add some ketones or protein. Ketones will help flood your system with ketones - perfect for energy and the protein will keep you satisfied for longer. Enjoy.

Ingredients

250 coconut cream/nut milk

1 tbs tahini

1 tbs coconut oil

50 mls bone broth

3-4 kale leaves

1 sachet choc ketones (optional)or (1 tbs choc protein powder)

roughly 6 walnuts

1 tbs toppings - coconut, petpitas, chia etc
Method:
- Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until the ice and the nuts have pulverized – 10-20 secs
- Pour into a glass and top with something crunchy – pepitas, chia etc
