All I’m going to say is, don’t be lazy... take the Peters Dairy cream out of your trolley and make this instead. It’s waaaaay better for you and sooooo satisfying making your own ice cream.

Method:
- Throw everything into a blender and blitz for 20 secs or so or until fully combined
- Top with some crunch – chia, buckwheat or nuts,
