Choc Banana Smoothie
One word - Classic. Not classic in the 1980’s version at the local Milkbar but classic in the revamped modern healthy smoothie sense.
1 banana (frozen)
1 tbs peanut butter
400mls coconut cream
2 tbs pea protein
1 tbs MCT oil
sprinkle dessicated coconut
sprinkle cocao nibs
I topped mine with dessicated coconut and cocao nibs but you could try chia, berries, bee pollen or nuts.
- Throw everything into a blender and process until smooth….add more ice for a thicker consistency.
