Ingredients

  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 400mls coconut cream
  • 2 tbs pea protein
  • 1 tbs MCT oil
  • handful ice
  • sprinkle dessicated coconut
  • sprinkle cocao nibs

Method:

I topped mine with dessicated coconut and cocao nibs but you could try chia, berries, bee pollen or nuts.

  • Throw everything into a blender and process until smooth….add more ice for a thicker consistency.
