Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 Vanilla extract
  • 1 ACV or lime juice
  • 3 Coconut oil
  • 3 MCT
  • 100g butter
  • ¾ cup frozen berries
  • ½ cup cocao
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  • Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 10-20 seconds or until mixture is lump-free
  • Remove from the blender and place freezer-safe container
  • Place in the freezer for min 2 hours
  • Remove from the freezer 5-10 minutes before serving
  • Top with some toasted nuts
