Berry & Coconut Smoothie
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Somethings are classics for a reason. Similar to a choc and banana smoothie this berry and coconut smoothie stands the test of time because it works. As you’ve probably noticed I do like a smoothie because it’s an efficient way to get good quality nutrients and calories in as well as hitting my protein requirements by adding protein powder.
