Banana Bread
You can die now. All your dreams have come true. Keto, low sugar, low carb, paleo, delicious, yummy, guilt free banana bread. Just incase you didn’t know... most banana breads you buy at cafes? Full of sugar and gluten. Don’t be fooled by the name banana bread. It’s banana cake. You’re eating cake for breakfast. Unless you’re eating this one.

4 bananas
-
4 eggs

1/2 cup sweet potato flour

1 tsp cinnamon
-
1 tsp vanilla powder/extract

2 tbs almond butter/tahini
-
4 tbs butter
-
1 tsp baking soda

pinch himalyan salt
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180 C
- In a large mixing bowl mash the bananas thoroughly
- Add all the remaining ingredients and combine
- Grease a small loaf-tin with coconut oil
- Pour in the banana bread dough and top with chia seeds
- Pop into the oven for 45 mins or until golden brown
- Remove from the oven and insert a knife to make sure its cooked through (knife will come out clean)
- Pop it out of the tin and allow to cool on a cooling rack for 15 mins
