Skin-Tight Smoothie
If you drink this smoothie, all your lines disappear and you look ten years younger. Okay, that’s not exactly true. BUT... it does have collagen in it, which is the main structural protein in the extracellular matrix found in the body's various connective tissues. In other words, it’s what keeps us looking youthful. Remember, all my smoothies are considered meals, there’s enough calories in this to keep you fuelled for several hours.
