Some people have GREAT ideas which plug into their passions, then connect to like-minded people and work hard then ….BOOM - something beautiful happens.
I got to connect with Jason and Mike (I’ve known Mike for many a year through our respective Bootcamp businesses in the East) this week and invited to talk on nutrition to a bunch of men in Narrabeen through their organisation @thesitglobal. Been a while since I did face to face public speaking but didn’t make a complete ass of myself (they were too polite to say otherwise).

Online health programs are a dime a dozen. So what makes mine any different from the others.
Firstly, I’m not a celebrity or a You Tube sensation. Fact. I don’t use before and after photos of users in their birthday suits holding todays paper. I don’t have a team of marketing staff or customer service people - those two things are my responsibility so if you have a question about the program it comes through to moi.
What you will get is a program based in science and commonsense. I curated a no-nonsense 30 day program cutely named “Let’s Cut The Bullshit” and a longer immersive program called Reconditioned.me with some of the best in nutrition, mindfulness and psychology. We all learn differently hence why I birthed two different formats. Both can be accessed via the link in my bio and if you have any queries - drop my team (aka me) a note. If you’re looking for a helping hand early in 2022 then this could be an affordable, accessible place to start. X
